In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and sourcing specialists to develop innovative recruiting strategies that attract top talent and support critical business objectives. We're seeking a recruiting professional with experience managing full-cycle recruitment and building strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders.

Minimum Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business; or Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Required) 
  • Equivalent relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of minimum education. (Preferred)
  • 4 - 5 years experience in Recruiting or related field (Required)

Job Overview:  

The Talent Acquisition Consultant serves as the primary recruiting resource for an assigned client group and reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The Talent Acquisition Consultant acts as a strategic partner to hiring and business unit leaders. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent. The consultant develops and executes hiring plans, sourcing strategies, and selection processes aligned with business goals. They collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Compensation to ensure alignment, while leveraging innovative recruiting techniques to meet short- and long-term hiring needs. By building strong relationships and understanding business priorities, the Talent Acquisition Consultant delivers tailored recruiting strategies and supports critical hiring initiatives. This role also partners with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team to support objectives and drive overall recruiting success. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to create effective hiring plans, sourcing strategies, and selection processes.  Leads intake meetings to clarify role requirements and align on strategy. Maintains consistent communication, providing guidance throughout the hiring process. Develops structured recruitment plans, including interview processes and guides. Supports diversity initiatives, ensuring equitable and inclusive hiring practices. 
  • Guides stakeholders through the recruiting process, ensuring alignment and addressing challenges proactively. Aligns recruiting strategies with company branding through partnership with sourcing and Marketing. Builds strong relationships to drive hiring success and enhance candidate experience. Supports talent pipeline development through recruitment events. Collaborates with stakeholders, coordinators, and sourcing to ensure a seamless, efficient hiring process. 
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to drive efficiency and operational excellence. Develops and executes targeted recruiting strategies aligned to business needs. Stays current on recruitment technologies and industry best practices. Builds strong internal and external partnerships to support strategic initiatives. Maintains accurate ATS records, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. Analyzes hiring metrics to improve quality of hire. Ensures timely and accurate completion of required documentation. 
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to secure top talent. Drives daily recruiting activities such as candidate outreach, phone screenings, and interview coordination to meet hiring goals and timelines. Guides candidates and hiring managers through the end-to-end hiring process, providing consultation and maintaining engagement at every stage. Partners with business unit leaders to support recruiting needs aligned with organizational plans and strategic objectives. Provides consistent weekly updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, requisition status, and hiring progress.
  • Collaborates with the sourcing team to proactively identify, engage, and develop diverse candidate pipelines for both immediate and anticipated hiring needs.
