Access Associate

As an Access Associate, you’ll provide top-notch customer service and hospital-based registrations to ensure smooth care coordination while maintaining confidentiality. Environmental Services

Our Environmental Services team is responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean, sanitary and functioning at optimal levels at all times. These roles are hired for us by Crothall Healthcare, a part of the Compass Group.

Food Service

Our Food Service team prepares and helps administer various foods for patients, team members and visitors and for special functions, and assists in overall kitchen cleanup and sanitation. You’ll thrive in a positive, collaborative culture, with many opportunities to grow your career and advance into new roles. Plus, you’ll make a difference in other people’s lives through your service each day. Roles include Cooks, Patient Catering Associates and Food Service Workers.

Patient Transport Technician

Our Patient Transport Technicians provide safe transportation of patients to and from various areas, including nursing units, procedure areas, testing areas, therapy spaces and laboratory zones. These roles offer a great entry point into a career in health care, and you’ll be able to connect and learn from other departments as you grow your skills. You’ll love building relationships with other servant-hearted team members and serving patients who are grateful for your support.

Protective Services

Our Protective Services officers enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and serving a greater purpose by keeping our staff and patients safe and secure. Maintenance

Our maintenance team members are responsible for ensuring our HVAC and other systems are functioning smoothly and overseeing the work of our contractors. This is a great opportunity for you to develop technical skills within a medical backdrop and build a long-term career. Social Services

Members of this critical care team are responsible for helping patients and families with post-discharge plan development and resource access, as well as support for Medicaid programs and substance issues. You’ll thrive on our multi-disciplinary team providing critical aid to patients as you gain great experience and build a rewarding career with us. And we’ll make you feel supported and comfortable with our compassionate, inclusive culture.

Supply & Distribution Technicians

Supply & Distribution Technicians receive, distribute and supply hospital units with patient care items and equipment. We average 30 pallets of supplies to the floors daily and deliver over 500 packages a day. These roles are very fast-paced and always evolving. We offer multiple areas for growth within our department, including Lead Supply Technician and Inventory Controller. Team members have moved into Purchasing/Buyer positions, Logistics Coordinator roles and even Managers, Directors and beyond. Join a team that always delivers and supports each other.
