Orientation
We offer a structured Clinical Coach Program to ensure that your transition to practice is a smooth one. You’ll rely on your coach to learn the ropes, identify goals, develop an orientation plan and foster a sense of belonging with your new team.
Tuition Reimbursement
With many affiliations with surrounding colleges and universities, we’re proud to offer tuition reimbursement for you to continue your education. In addition, we also offer cohort programs at a very small cost to you.
Specialty Certifications
TriHealth offers many specialty certifications that you can take advantage of with two attempts to pass at no cost to you. These programs include ANCC Success Pays, AMSN Fail Safe, ONCB Retest for Success and ONCC Free Take, as well as prepayment and reimbursement options for other certifications.
Clinical Ladder Program
Our four-tier clinical ladder program provides a structured process for nurses who are striving to improve their practice and expand their skills. This program rewards you for demonstrating excellence in your field and promotes continued growth and development.
Professional Organization Support
We encourage cross-functional engagement, networking and collaboration with all our brilliant colleagues to further enhance the profession of nursing. Your unit can also pay for inclusion into our Organization Liaison Program to learn new information and share updates with fellow nurses.
Continuing Education Opportunities
As part of our team, you can take advantage of completing your Ohio state licensure requirements at no cost to you. Additionally, you’ll have access to over 2,000 online courses to further your development as well as contact hours for new programs administered by our Nursing Grand Rounds Committee.
Clinical Inquiry
As part of our incredible nursing team, we encourage you to complete research via evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects. You’ll receive support and mentorship from our Nurse Researcher to disseminate findings, implement innovations to enhance care and develop for publication.
