From the initial screening mammogram to biopsies and ongoing treatment, we see women in every stage of their breast health journey. Being able to offer support, compassion and high-quality care during these vulnerable moments is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing I can make a difference, even in a small way, is what drives me. ”

Julie, General Laboratory Supervisor

“ I have worked at TriHealth for 20 years and I would say the most satisfying aspect is the people. We have a great team in the laboratory, and everyone really cares about each other and our patients. They take a lot of pride in reporting out accurate results for better patient care. All team members, no matter what your position, are respected and treated equally. ”

Drake, Acute Care Technician

“ I have been able to grow in my career by learning new ways and more efficient techniques from other ACTs and nurses to take care of patients. I have learned how to connect with patients and improve their quality of life, even with humor at times. I always get the help I need from other nurses – it’s never been an inconvenience. ”
