Culture/DEI
We'll encourage you to be your authentic self.

As a Team Member at TriHealth, you will experience a health care network that puts its people and patients first. Our vision is to be where people want to work, where physicians want to practice and most importantly, where the community wants to go when they need the best quality, service, safety and value in health care. We are committed to creating a culture that is right for everyone.
Diversity at TriHealth
We foster an environment that priorities service, respect and equality, where you’ll be encouraged to show up as your authentic self and develop meaningful relationships with those who are as servant hearted as you are.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and we honor your unique perspectives and incorporate your ideas when developing new health care initiatives.
We value your contributions and ensure that you always feel appreciated, with employee recognition initiatives, milestone celebrations and special events for your efforts.
Diversity at TriHealth

Belong at TriHealth
We believe that to provide the best care to the patients and communities we serve, we must create a diverse workforce and encourage a sense of belonging and equity within our network. TriHealth has several Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, including system-wide Implicit Bias Training and Employee Resource Groups.

Caring for our Community
Not only is TriHealth committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for our team members, but we are also invested in caring for the communities we serve. Some of our community initiatives include:
- School to Work Program – Launched in 2019, our partnership with Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) has graduated 38 students from the School to Work Program, with 36 CPS juniors and seniors currently enrolled. Learn more
- Addressing Food Insecurity – With the support of the Freestore Foodbank, we maintain six food pantries that patients can access with a prescription or order from their TriHealth provider, in order to improve access to nutritious food.
- Overcoming Transportation Barriers – To address the barrier of transportation for patients from underserved communities, we partner with Uber Health and Ride United (a United Way program) to coordinate rides to and from appointments at TriHealth Cancer and Blood Institute.
