Senior Transformation Advisor

The Senior Transformation Advisor reports to the Strategic Transformation Partner and serves as an internal consultant to management, staff, and physicians. This role provides leadership support for projects and programs aligned with TriHealth's five strategic pillars: People, Growth, Service, Quality, and Finance.

The Senior Transformation Advisor is accountable for managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely execution, implementation, and oversight of deliverables while maintaining professionalism consistent with TriHealth Values and Always Behaviors.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Physical or Life Sciences, Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field (Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in healthcare, business, operations, process improvement, or consulting (An advanced degree may offset up to 2 years of experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and strong analytical skills (Ability to learn other packaged software as needed).
  • Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement training.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to travel throughout the system to assist and collaborate with teams across the organization. While our primary offices are in Baldwin, we regularly engage with teams in various locations to drive transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project & Change Management, applying tools and techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, IHI Improvement Model, and other methodologies to optimize organizational performance.
  • Utilize advanced project planning rigor, including defining project scope, creating charters, and developing work plans to support implementation.
  • Collaborate with operational owners to evaluate progress, track milestones, resolve barriers, and recommend adjustments for project success.
  • Identify appropriate key performance metrics to assess efficiency, effectiveness, quality, safety, and cost, leveraging available data systems or developing new data collection tools when necessary.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping, Time Studies, Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) events, and other lean methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and training to internal teams in Lean principles, project management, and process improvement to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Serve as a technical resource and coach, identifying knowledge gaps and delivering targeted training in an appropriate format.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate barriers that may affect timely project completion, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating effective leadership in conflict resolution and collaboration.
  • Maintain professionalism in communication and presentations, ensuring messages are tailored to the audience.
