Part Time Weekends - TriHealth McCullough Hyde Hospital
Location:
110 N Poplar St, Oxford, OH 45056
Work Schedule:
- Part Time/Weekend Shift (48 hrs biweekly)
- Working Saturday and Sunday 7:30am - 8:00pm
- May work an occasional weekday
- Holiday rotation

Job Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience is required
- Must obtain PALS certification upon hire
- New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
- BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs a various stages of the life cycle
- Preferred membership in related professional organization
- Previous RN experience preferred but not required
- Preferred certification in specialty
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and document initial and ongoing patient/family assessments.
- Develop, communicate, and update individualized plans of care, including discharge planning.
- Provide safe, patient‑centered care that supports autonomy, dignity, and diversity.
- Recognize and respond to emergencies and take appropriate clinical action.
- Carry out physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete assigned care and documentation within required timeframes.
- Administer medications/treatments safely and perform technical skills per policy.
- Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to other team members.
- Serve as a clinical resource and support training/education of staff and students.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and adhere to organizational and departmental standards.
- Function in relief charge/resource roles as requested.
