- 1-2 years’ experience in Phlebotomy
- Formal Phlebotomy training. Phlebotomy Certification preferred
- Phlebotomy and other specimen collection techniques, including difficult venipunctures and pediatric draws
- Lab terminology, Proper specimen handling procedures
- Communication, Customer service, and Data entry skills
