- Knowledge of laboratory terminology, Specimen handling, Data entry, Windows software, HIS and LIS

Job Overview: This position is responsible for the following: performing a variety of procedures related to specimen processing; confirming the accuracy of test orders and appropriate specimen collection and reporting laboratory findings to the physicians and nursing personnel; facilitates the identification and isolation of pathogenic organisms and operates a variety of laboratory instruments; utilizes laboratory computer system in performance of duties. Other responsibilities include making and receiving telephone calls to/from customers of TriHealth to provide diagnostic laboratory services, gather necessary data for service and billing, and to answer questions and resolve issues.
