About the Role As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. You’ll provide expertise in drug therapy management, medication reconciliation, and patient education, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. In this role, you will:
Location: 📍 McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital 110 N. Poplar St., Oxford, OH 45056
Work Schedule: ⏰ Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM ⏰ Required to work every 3rd weekend and holiday
Minimum Job Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy ✅ Active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio ✅ Strong knowledge of prescription formulas and dosage calculations ✅ Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations ✅ 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist (inpatient or infusion pharmacy experience preferred)
