Full Time Night Shift - TriHealth Bethesda Butler Hospital - $2.5k Sign-On Bonus!

3125 Hamilton Mason Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011

 

Work Schedule: 

  • Full Time Nights - (72 hours bi-weekly)
  • 6:30pm - 7:00am 
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation
  • Holiday rotation

Job Summary:

The Assistant Care Technician (ACT) supports patient care by performing basic clinical tasks under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment while ensuring high-quality communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years High School Education 
  • Age 17 with work permit
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Reading and math ability appropriate to the position
  • Experience as an STNA, PCA or ACT strongly preferred

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic patient care and assist with daily activities under RN supervision.
  • Maintain a safe environment by following safety, emergency, and infection control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; document care accurately.
  • Support unit operations by managing supplies, equipment, and environmental needs.
  • Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
