
Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and using innovative sourcing techniques and research strategies to create candidate/prospect sourcing lists and develop talent pipelines, using a data-driven and key market insights approach.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultants. This role is a crucial member of our talent acquisition function and will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs at TriHealth.
Job Responsibilities:
Locating the ideal passive candidates for positions, reaching out to these candidates, and providing recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Consultants. Must be capable of using social media and professional networks. Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks, review resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate compensation of potential employees. Leverage the CRM to develop talent pipelines and related databases.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
