Locations: TriHealth Priority Care - Finneytown at 740 Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231

Work Hours:

  • The weekly schedule consists of two days with 8-hour shifts and two days with 12-hour shifts.
  • Day shift, 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Every third weekend rotation.
  • Limited holiday hours (per rotation schedule) due Priority Care on-site

Other Job-Related Information:

  • Sign-on Bonus of $10,000 (one-year work commitment)

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or Diploma in Allied Health
  • Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
  • Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), or Doctor of Chiropractic license
  • Knowledge in radiography equipment, radiation safety practices, minor industrial injury care, light duty and BWC processes
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a clinical Allied Health medical/physician office setting

Job Overview:

Under the direction of the Physician/Radiologist and the supervision of the manager or supervisor, radiologic technologist performs radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries. This position is responsible for performing quality radiographic procedures as prescribed by a physician and in accordance with department policies and procedures, working effectively with patients and families to provide patient care, maintaining a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental team members, complies with infection prevention procedures, maintaining accurate records, radiation safety, student education, orientation of new employees, quality assurance, care of equipment, and other duties as assigned. Utilizes proper radiation protection devices and monitors x-ray equipment for proper function.
