TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Wellness Center Manager for our Corporate Health team in Oxford, Ohio.

 

As the Wellness Center Manager, you will provide strategic and operational direction across various services at a TriHealth clients’ onsite facility. These services include, but are not limited to primary care, urgent care, occupational health, student health, employee health, laboratory, pharmacy, wellness, and integrated services.

 

You will also provide strategic oversight to maximize efficiencies in operations and ensure clinical and service quality initiatives are consistent with TriHealth and industry standards, as well as customer expectations.

 

This position will work collaboratively with TriHealth and company key stakeholders to provide high level guidance for operational improvements to achieve financial, clinical, and quality targets through implementation of resource management, integration, customer relationship management, and technology plan management. The Center Manager will strategically guide the population health management outcomes reporting and data analytics to capture and reflect value and return on investment for services provided.

 

More specifically as the Wellness Center Manager, you will provide:

  • Consulting:
    • Work strategically and consult with key stakeholders within client company to help them assess, identify, integrate, and offer successful programs that influence their population’s health and productivity
    • Act as an internal consultant and integrator for TriHealth team members and departments to ensure all parties’ initiatives and key outcomes are aligned and conveyed to all appropriate individuals
  • Customer Relationship Management/Business Development:
    • Manage and maintain relationships with client company
    • Develop appropriate on-site presence to understand the client company’s culture and continually assesses the pulse of company to provide appropriate feedback to TriHealth
    • Engages client company’s leadership to provide relevant value resulting in business retention

 

To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

  • EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration Business or Nursing or other related fields
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • 7-10 years of professional Healthcare experience working in healthcare or business operations with progression in management responsibilities
    • 2-3 years of experience working in a large, complex organization and population health
  • SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
    • Health & productivity Management; Disease & Care management; PCMH; Health analytics/ Population Health Cost Management; Health plan design & employee engagement
    • Budgeting/ Reporting
    • Project management
    • Strong organizational, communication & presentation skills
    • Microsoft Office skills
