TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Patient Care Associate (PCA) Program Coordinator for Corporate Education team in Norwood, Ohio. This is a part-time position, salaried position; ~64 hours bi-weekly.
In this role, as a Registered Nurse (RN), you have demonstrated clinical and instructional expertise. You will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, and coordination of the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) training and orientation program. Also, as the PCA Program Coordinator, you will provide assessment, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of the PCA training and orientation program as well as the development, implementation, and coordination of learning resources.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administration, management, and evaluation of PCA team members in collaboration with department educators
- Monitor, Coach, and Mentor overall performance
- Collaborates with other stakeholders, disciplines, and departments internal and external to the TriHealth system
- Foster full team member engagement
- This position possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively apply all aspects of the patient care assistant training program within a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice setting including the incorporation of regulatory standards of care and evidence-based practice

To be qualified for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION:
- Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years of Clinical Nursing experience
- 2-3 years of professional Nursing experience as clinical educator
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, adult learning, and instructing
- Computer literate, including use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and various related software applications
