DIRECTOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE: Manage an organization of approximately 90+ FTEs (3 Direct Reports) comprised of the following groups: Data Network/Telecom, Server Computing and Storage, Client Tech, Contact Center and Identity Management. Responsible for all elements of the IT infrastructure that delivers a consistent, reliable and optimized clinical, business and operational computing experience for all departments, physicians, staff, and patients at TriHealth. Responsible for managing the technical infrastructure for TriHealth’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Epic. Collaborating and influencing – partner across the company to understand the strategic objectives and technology needs of each team and collaborate fully with internal stakeholders. Negotiate with a genuine give-and-take approach, where both parties act as true peers and decisions are shared; Identify opportunities to build relationships that will help teams achieve their objectives. Ability to create a clear strategic technology vision and roadmap. Experience in the most relevant technologies and products used in the healthcare industry. Experience in IT infrastructure design, build, and support. Experience with data and voice network technologies. Excellent project management skills. Excellent vendor negotiation skills. Strong customer orientation. Ability to lead and promote a team environment. Ideal candidate will have: Experience designing, implementation and supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms and ensuring the consistent delivery of reliable and quality systems. Experience interfacing with and presenting to C-level executives. Experience in financial management, modeling, budget development and management. Strong leadership characteristics; demonstrates self-confidence and is always able to articulate issues. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management throughout the organization. Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members; demonstrated experience in leading multifunctional teams. Ability to instruct team members on the technical structure of the areas supported and ensures ongoing development of the team. Managerial skills that empower and develop others; is sensitive to others and fosters teamwork. Career progression provides technical depth and breadth in multiple key areas of Server Systems Engineering, Desktop Management and Engineering, Unix/Linux Administration, Database Administration, Service Desk, Storage Management, Network and the underlying technical platforms mentioned in the position description. Healthcare Information Systems knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of Security best practices and vulnerability management is a plus. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems

EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years in the technical platform management inclusive of designing, implementing and supporting platforms in medium to large environments. 10+ years Senior management responsibility of overseeing multiple technical teams responsible for platform and system design, implementation and support.
