Access Call Center Manager

Looking for a seasoned call center manager who is proficient leading large teams of >75 people at minimum, service-oriented, metric-driven, goal-oriented and able to motivate and engage call-center team members promoting a fun and encouraging atmosphere to produce WORLD CLASS results. Healthcare experience preferred and Epic experience ideal. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication and written skills, as well as critical thinking and supreme prioritization and organizational skills.
EDUCATION: Associate's Degree
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years in a related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Computer proficient, Epic, Project Management, Process Improvement, Highly Organized
