TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Appointment Coordinator for our call center in Norwood, Ohio.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you are responsible for scheduling appointments for all office providers across the healthcare system. This includes verifying patient demographics and completing the required registration of patients.
Other responsibilities include:
- Completing all points of required quality maintaining department acceptable levels and goals
- Following department scheduling and messaging protocols
- Exhibiting exemplary customer service and problem resolution skills
- Dependability in areas of attendance, punctuality, and the timely performance of duties
To be qualified for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION:
- Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Business
- Will also accept other medical/ healthcare related fields of study
- Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Business
- EXPERIENCE:
- 1-year Previous call center experience in a high-volume call center environment
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiar with online data entry/retrieval systems
- A working knowledge of medical terminology
