TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Appointment Coordinator for our call center in Norwood, Ohio.


As an appointment coordinator, you are responsible for scheduling appointments for all office providers. You will verify patient demographics and complete the required registration of patients. You will also follow department scheduling and messaging protocols as well as exhibit exemplary customer service skills in problem resolution.


To be qualified for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Business
    • Medical and/or healthcare related fields of study also acceptable
    • 1 year of previous call center experience in a call center environment
    • Have a proven track record of dependability in areas of attendance, punctuality, and the timely performance of duties
    • Familiar with on line data entry/retrieval systems
    • A working knowledge of medical terminology
