**$40,000 Sign On Bonus with at least 2 years of OR/SURGERY Experience.** 3 Year Commitment

**$20,000 Sign On Bonus with at least 2 years of Nursing Experience. ** 2 Year Commitment 

~$10,000 Sign On Bonus with less than 2 years of experience.~ 1 Year Commitment

REGISTERED NURSE-STAFF-WEEKENDS: This position applies the nursing process in providing direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families. This position collaborates, in a collegial manner, with physicians and other health care team members in meeting the patient’s needs, and may delegate certain aspects of care to those under their direct supervision, within the scope of nursing practice. This position requires weekend hours and may be on-call during the evenings and nights. Thus, the position must be flexible.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) Registered Nurse

EXPERIENCE: Up to 1 year Clinical in Nursing unit-specific area

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle.

Sat, Sun, Mon 7a-730p, No call.  Surgery experience preferred.  BSN Required
