DIRECTOR TECHNOLOGY CLIENT SERVICES: Under the general supervision and direction of the Vice President of Information Technology, the Director of Technology Client Services provides oversight for the operations and support of IS systems that fulfill the needs of the business, and provides input to the Vice President of Information Technology as well as to peer and direct reports responsible for other aspects of IT Infrastructure. The Director of Client Service's role is to supervise and manage the organizations infrastructure area of focuses to include any combination of Client Technologies, End User Computing and all facility project operations including the program management of Community Connect. The Director of Technology Client Services fosters a customer-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques. This role is focused on building and fostering relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure their experience with technology, equipment use and technology service standards are exceptional. Lifecycle management related to infrastructure equipment, receiving and disposal processes are in place and managed against industry best practices. This position also has direct responsibility for the management and maintenance of all Information Technology data center operations including but not limited to preventative maintenance, heating/cooling management, alarm management, scheduled maintenance and equipment lifecycle management. Works with IS and business operations teams to ensure good coordination of IS changes without impacting business processes. Builds and maintains relationships with other IS leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensures cost-effective delivery of IS services to meet those needs, and is able to respond with agility to changing business priorities. Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IS operations environment. Stays current on new technologies and IT management practices, and provides direction on what emerging IS technologies and methods should be introduced, integrated and assimilated within IS infrastructure. Works toward a balance between growing the agility required to achieve IS infrastructure objectives and ensuring the core IS functions are reliable, stable and efficient. Provides leadership, coaching and direction to leadership team as well as team members.



EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Information Systems Or other related field

EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years Progressive Leadership Infrastructure Leadership experience, strong customer service experience, understanding of data center management

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Excellent communication skills, proven project management, excellent organizational skills, solution driven and ability to forecast and plan technology solutions and deployment. Can work well in a high-pressured and fast paced environment..
