TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Director, Clinical Research for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As the Director, Clinical Research, you are responsible for collaboratively leading and managing processes, programs, and services, which support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization. You will integrate strategic activities into both long-range planning and day-to-day operations which include: human resources management, project leadership, financial accountability, policy development, safety, and customer relations. You will monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve processes, programs, and services and you will have the responsibility of development and management of a diverse portfolio of research activities and business units including 1) clinical research studies, 2) academic research projects 3) databases and registries 4) Quality improvement projects.

To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• EDUCATION:
  • Master's Degree Public Health or related scientific/healthcare field.
• EXPERIENCE:
  • 3-4 years of Management experience with proven leadership, management, and coaching skills
• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
  • Strong management and coaching skills
