TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Practice Manager for our Urgent Care team in Anderson and Glenway, Ohio.


The Practice Manager is accountable and delegated the responsibility to coordinate and serve and clinical resource for the population health neighborhood supporting identified practices. The Charge Nurse functions in a non-management capacity and often has a patient assignment. for the management and supervision of physician services for assigned practice(s). This role may have a dyad relationship with a practice physician champion for certain specialties. The Practice Manager manages, delegates, coordinates, and integrates practice resources (staff, supplies, space, etc.) and activities to meet the goals of the department/specialty(s) under general supervision of the one-up leader. This role understands both the long-range and short-term goals of TriHealth Physician Practices and remains focused on achieving objectives and standards. Works in partnership with one-up leader and TriHealth leadership to ensure improved practice operations, improved patient outcomes through standardized practices, adherence to policies/procedures, and safety measures. The Practice Manager is focused on providing an efficiently running practice that provides high quality patient care. This is accomplished through engaging physicians to participate in the operations of the practice and facilitating communication between the practice team (providers, clinical support team, and clerical team). They understand the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of TriHealth Physician Practices.



To be qualified for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Business Healthcare Administration or related field
  • EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years Professional Business Must be proficient with computers, have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including telephone etiquette. Must be flexible and adaptive to a changing environment. Experience working within an EMR such as Epic.
  • DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS: Busy Urgent Care open 7 days a week with four locations in need clinical supervisor. Must be flexible and able to travel to all sites
