REHABILITATION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR: This is a multi-fuctional position that performs clerical and customer/patient care assistance to support the rehabilaition department operations. Under supervision, supports managment, seniuors and clinicians with executing specific duties essential to the service or business being provided by the department/office. The prilmary responsiblities may include assisting with daily inpatient scheduling, assisting with patient care, clerical fuctions, recordkeeping, time/attendance, billing, computer skills (EPIC, Word, Excel, etc.), maintaining/upkeep of office space/equipment, maintaining/ordering inventory, answering incoming calls/texts/emails, problem resolution, and internal/external customer service. Other duties of a clerical nature essential to the specific business unit may also be included as assigned. This position is expected to be a member of a collaborative team which is pateint focused and service excellence centered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High School Degree or GED

EXPERIENCE: Preferred; Up to 1 year Healthcare

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Computer skills in MS Office, operating office and clerical equipment, verbal & written communication, customer service, independent thinker.
