TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Leader for our Behavorial Health team in Clifton, Ohio.
This position will provide operational input, marketing research and new development integration for several projects throughout TriHealth including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Retail Clinics, etc.. Areas of focus could include Consumerism /Retail Strategy, Urgent Care (existing site marketing and strategy, new site identification), New site Relocation/Development, Orthopedics (TriHealth Ortho Hospital campus work), Cardiology (The Heart Hospital, MFP and other campus work; several new operations team work, implement strategies within each), Site integration (new programs for exising sites). This work will include cross representative teams from various areas of the operation. Position responsible for maintaining multiple projects simultaneously and providing regular updates/reports for the portofolio of assignments, working with hospital leaders, working with physician leaders and all team members
To be qualified for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Health Management, Nursing, Health Promotion
- EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years Professional Healthcare
- DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS: Project management experience. Working knowledge of Healthcare systems.
