SUPERVISOR DIGITAL MARKETING: • The Digital Marketing Supervisor will play a key role in formulating and owning the strategic direction for multi-channel marketing, developing digital experience and platforms based on industry trends, corporate priorities (i.e. consumerism and population health strategies) and campaign results, and provide leadership and direction for digital team member activities. • This role will collaborate with business marketing partners, agency partners, IT, key operations departments and analytics to ensure best-in-class user experience (seamless patient experience), achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strengthen the organization’s brand and reputation on all digital channels. • It is essential that this role partners cross-functionally with marketing consultants and other digital and creative teams to maintain and execute ongoing and seasonal marketing and promotional efforts, including creating/reviewing marketing creative briefs to support digital marketing strategies to meet leadership expectations and growth goals. • The supervisor will serve as site optimization lead for the website to help drive UX and guide work related to content marketing, social media, multimedia projects, app development, email marketing, customer relationship and reputation management. • It is expected that this person will foster a collaborative work environment in support of external marketing/advertising, media relations, internal and physician communications, community relations and other stakeholder initiatives as they collectively work toward furthering corporate strategic goals. • This position has a working knowledge of external audiences and marketing, information technology tools, online marketing tools, social media applications, programming and buying across digital channels (display, audio, video, mobile, native, social, email) as well as a demonstrated strength in advancing the use of these technologies and managing staff. A firm grasp of all marketing channels expected, with expertise specifically in SEM (search engine marketing). Ability to set system-wide SEO strategy that encompasses support of key campaigns and service lines, improving technical SEO, physician local search and rating. • Ability to find new partners and tools to stay competitive and effective in an ever-changing digital landscape necessary. Skilled at learning on their feet a must.
