Senior Human Resources Marketing & Communications Consultant:

Develop and manage corporate-priority human resources communications campaigns and projects requiring strategic counsel to management, strategic plan alignment with business objectives, corporate strategies and priorities, marketing communications strategies/tactics, external marketing staff and vendor supervision, and budget oversight. Counsel management on human resources marketing and communications opportunities, issues, strategies and integrated promotional campaigns. Interface with customers, senior leadership, managers, service providers, Marketing Services team members, freelancers and ad agency to provide strategic direction and manage the process toward effective HR marketing and communication. Identify and understand functional and operational attributes of Institutes and corporate priorities, consumer benefits, key audiences, and business goals; and translate these learnings into impactful messages and effective communications channels and strategies. Direct the development, approval, production, implementation and evaluation of various branding and promotional strategies that support HR programs and services, and align with corporate priorities, are consistent with brand strategy, utilize creativity and project management skills, and leverage budget parameters. Set strategy for, and manage HR brand building through utilizing key infrastructure support departments to ensure consistency and coordination of messaging, materials and promotional activities. Demonstrate ability to be part of a high performing team.

Minimum qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism or 6 yrs of equalivant work experience.
