Job Summary:

This position has 24-hour accountability for planning, organizing, directing, and coordination cardiovascular and interventional radiology services performed in the Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Specials Lab at the designated hospital location. This includes patient care outcomes, human resource issues, financial management, department environment, and regulatory compliance and customer service issues. Provides departmental support for TriHealth operating and strategic plans and fosters continuous quality improvement. This position is responsible for annual planning for all cardiovascular services at the hospital campus. This position is accountable for ensuring compliance with JCAHO, ACR and State of Ohio regulations and guidelines.


The Manager of Cardiovascular and Interventional Services prepares and adheres to operation budgets, submits for capital equipment purchases; plans facility modifications; evaluates services; measures performance utilizing principles of continuous quality improvement; and develops staffing plans for all areas of responsibility. This position incorporates multiple disciplines, such as advanced practice nurses, healthcare professionals outside nursing, registered nurses and support staff.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program, Allied Health 
  • Licensure/Registratin:   American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience as Supervisor/Lead
  • Specialized Knowledge: Cardiac, vascular, and/or interventional radiology knowledge and experience.
