PATIENT RELATIONS INTAKE SPECIALIST
PATIENT RELATIONS INTAKE SPECIALIST: The Patient Relations Intake Specialist serves as the central point of contact for all patient and family concerns, compliments, requests for information, and feedback across the TriHealth care delivery system. This position receives, prioritizes, and triages information to the appropriate team members as necessary and documents in to customer feedback database. Serves as the expert team member in the customer feedback database and can assist as needed to act as support staff for Patient Advocates. The position requires a strong attention to detail. This position safeguards patient confidentiality in all matters associated with all work involved and exhibits and promotes excellence to patients, families, and those we serve.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Associate's Degree Business with related college courses
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Professional in a related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Strong listening skills, medical terminology, strong organizational skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
