TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Manager, Human Resources – Metrics and Operations for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Manager HR Metrics & Operations drives HR and system-wide success through people metrics optimization and support. The position leads the development, reporting, and governance of our HR metrics and KPIs. The successful incumbent will liaison between technical and non-technical teams to develop reports and dashboards that help inform data-driven business decisions. This manager also serves as a key resource in the support and continuous improvement of our system wide goal management process and will lead a variety of system-wide projects through direct supervision of a team of HR Project Managers.
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Development, I/O Psychology, or related area, or equivalent experience.
- EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5 years of progressive experience leading data analytics projects, large scale system-wide projects, or leading change management initiatives.
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- Expertise in data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting; sound knowledge of project mgt phases/ tools; experience using Excel and other technology tools for reporting and analysis.
