MANAGER ANALYTICS INNOVATION: Description The Senior Manager serves as the accountable person working with executive leadership in developing strategy and initiatives related to advanced analytics to drive success in TriHealth’s mission to serve our patients. Advanced Analytics is a broad category to address analytical techniques such as Predictive Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Mining (to name a few). The Senior Manager of Analytics Innovation leads a team who are responsible for advanced analytics and strategies to support clinical and non-clinical outcomes that impact system strategic goals. This position coordinates and facilitates leadership in reaching system, facility, and practice goals by analyzing applicable data in support of timely and effective decision-making in an algorithmic manner. In addition, this position adds value to the analysis by providing leadership and other key stakeholders with insights, recommendations, and strategies to address key findings from the analytical work performed. • Excellent analytical, tactical, execution and organizational abilities required to conceptualize well in unstructured, fast-paced, dynamic and multi-functional environments. • Ability to think strategioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Exceptional customer service orientation. • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling difficult and complex issues. Ability to meet deadlines, connect and interrelate disparate ideas and thoughts, pay attention to detail, and work effectively with varying constituencies. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, self-management and awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to flex interpersonal style situationally. Ability to explain program, clinical, analytical, operational, and quantitative information in a business-like, clear, coherent, and comprehensible way to all audiences. • Strong quantitative and analytic skills working with claims, operational, and clinical data and reports. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, computer science or a relevant field. Master’s preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years Management Healthcare Minimum three years of supervisory experience leading an analytics team 2-3 years Management Business Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with large-scale analytics, data, and/or project management and oversight experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Leading innovation in analytics including emerging technologies and techniques such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive/Prescriptive Modeling.
