LEAD COOK: This position oversees kitchen operation while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff, and also prepares or directs preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High School Degree ServSafe certified within one year of date of hire

EXPERIENCE:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Ability to read/write routine reports and correspondence; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization; Math Skills; PC Skills; Ability to deal with problems involving various situations.
