TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner II (HRBP II) for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.


As an HRBP II, you will facilitate the delivery of workplace strategies that impact culture and drive attainment of key business strategies for the organization as well as with an assigned customer group. You are responsible for securing and maintaining a productive, diverse, and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available. The HRBP II position requires a professional who has experience with ongoing organizational structure changes and working with teams on needs of staffing, engagement, and turnover.

To be considered for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields
    • 6-8 years of professional experience in Human Resources
    • HR generalist
    • Employment law consulting with business leaders
    • Team member engagement
    • Performance management
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
