TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Human Resources, Applications Analyst III for our Corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.


In this role, you are responsible for application configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of one or more enterprise-wide Human Resource SaaS or ERP components, such as Benefits, Absence Management, Employee/Manager Self-Service, and/or the employee portal. You will act as a liaison between business process owners, IT, HRIS, and vendor(s) and will work to identify business requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.


Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build test plans and execute/coordinate end-user testing
  • Design, configure, and document business rules, providing implementation and/or upgrade support Develop procedures and reporting for internal auditing and related documentation for compliance concerns
  • Identify and resolve complex problems and process enhancements
  • Assist with related training development and delivery


To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree Business or related field
    • 5-7 years of experience in HRIS/Information Systems
    • Strong Project Management skills
    • Strong MS Office, including Access proficiency
    • Experience in database structure & relationship between tables and data elements
    • Working knowledge of HR information systems, HR, and Payroll concepts and auditing controls requirements
