FINANCIAL AID ADMINISTRATOR: This role reports to the Dean of Enrollment Management and Student Services at the college. Principle duties of this position as related to financial aid are providing overall administration of technical and data operations to enhance quality assurance, streamline procedures and maintain compliance, and obtain/provide training in regard to systems and processes. Additional primary duties are counseling and advising students and families regarding financial aid opportunities, including federal, state, institutional, and private resources in accourdance with federal, state, and college regulations and policies. This also includes counseling regarding eligibility requirements, application and processing procedures, available programs, financial literacy, and student loan debt management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Business Business, Finance, Higher Education

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Professional Business in a related field

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Student assistance and counseling, business office procedures and college operations. Financial aid.
