DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION CONSULTANT: The Diversity and Inclusion (D & I) Consultant will have responsibility for developing and implementing plans to promote diversity and inclusion within TriHealth. A significant part of the role is creating and delivering training materials to enhance Team Members’ understanding of diversity and inclusion issues and developing ways to mitigate those issues. The consultant will manage the D&I scorecard quarterly. This will require upkeep of reporting which include but is not limited to our D&I metrics in training, diverse hiring, patient satisfaction, promotions and supplier diversity. They will have opportunities to work directly with outside consultants to research and provide educational workshops for diversity teams and other areas of TriHealth. The team member will be required to facilitate diversity training seminars on-demand. The D&I consultant will also manage the submission of annual national survey's which include Working Mother, Diversity Inc., HEI, and other surveys assigned by the organization. The consultant will also maintain relationships with our external partners which include Diversity Inc., Diversity in Healthcare Management Inc., ERG & Councils, and the Regional Chamber’s - Diverse by Design program. The consultant will also take on additional projects throughout the year as assigned by the Director. The consultant interacts with internal customers to assess and plan for educational and developmental needs across the organization, as well as uses a systems approach and applies performance improvement and change management principles to instructional design. The consultant has advanced level knowledge of and experience with instructional needs assessment, design and evaluation. The consultant uses good interpersonal communication skills and develops collaborative relationships with peers and customers, exhibits creative problem solving and initiative in managing change, and independently performs responsibilities and day to day tasks. The consultant has responsibility to manage ongoing training programs and new training projects as identified. The consultant will also be required to partner with the Director to identify opportunities for development in diversity and inclusion efforts needed throughout the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Business or Management, Human Resources or other related discipline

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years Management Management Diversity Training, Marketing, Event Planning, Organizational Development 3-4 years Professional Marketing SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office package: Work, Excel, PowerPoint. Must have extensive knowledge of social media outlets i.e. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
