DIRECTOR DIVERSITY AND LANGUAGE SERVICES: The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will lead a multi-dimensional team to deliver on initiatives and projects related to the execution of the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, engaging senior leaders and key employees throughout the process. The director works to enhance the diversity of the workforce and advocates actions that help achieve advantages of a diverse workforce. Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, oversees and coordinates the day to day operational functions of the department. • Partners with leaders to establish the business case for diversity and inclusion • Partners with the Chief Diversity Officer in the development and implementation of the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategy • Works with departments to understand and improve workforce dynamics related to diversity and inclusion • Ensure alignment with measures of success for initiatives • Directs and manages the daily events associated with the provision of interpretative services for the hospital system • Keeps a balanced budget and frequently reviews benefit/cost relationships • Manages vendor relationships, provides staff training, and establishes and ensures compliance with professional and regulatory standards for interpretation and translation at TriHealth • In concert with the Chief Diversity Officer, partners with Purchasing/Supply Chain department to establish M/WBE goals and facilities introduction of diverse vendors in areas of need • Oversees the Employee Resource Group and Diversity Action Council programs to ensure they are functioning in alignment with DEI and organizational goals. • Supervises a team to meet or exceed departmental and organizational goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Human Resources HR, Business, or other related field of study

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years Management

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Strong management, communication, coaching and influencing skills.
