BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR-GOOD SAMARITAN COLLEGE: This role reports to the Dean of Enrollment Management and GSC President and will be responsible for College financial reporting and internal control relating to student accounts and budget. This includes, but is not limited to managing receivable and cash receipts functions, assessing and verifying the accuracy of all tuition, fee charges, student billing and collection efforts, recording and depositing cash receipts, disbursement, refunding and reconciliation of student financial aid, coordinating with the TriHealth Accounting for reconciling funds, and for forecasting tuition revenue and receivables, and other assigned functions. The position will lead, develop and implement best practices, have a student-centered approach and regularly counsel and correspond with students, parents and others regarding related financial issues, policies and procedures. Coordinates correction and submission of bi-weekly matrix summary edits, including vacation and clock-in/out times. The incumbent will be accountable to monitor budget variance reports and coordinate budget efforts with the President of the College.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business or a related field

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Background in billing and accounts receivable, along with excellent communication, database and web based management skills.
