TriHealth in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a dynamic and innovative servant leader to join our leadership team as Assistant Nurse Manager for the Endoscopy area at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The Assistant Nurse Manager work under the direction of and in collaboration with the nurse manager, has 24-hour accountability for their area(s) of responsibility that encompasses:

• Patient care outcomes
• Service excellence
• Human resource issues
• Fiscal management
• Quality improvement compliance
• Communication

The Minimum Requirements for this role are:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Certification within specialty area within two years of assuming position.
  • Registered Nurse in the State of OH
• Experience
  • 2-3 years of Clinical Nursing in a related field.
  • 1-2 years Progressive Leadership Nursing (Charge Nurse, Lead Team, etc.)
