TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.


In this role, you provide the full spectrum of administrative and clerical support for the office of a Vice President. You serve as the initial phone contact and resource for resolving inquiries and requests for information. You are responsible for coordinating the formal and informal communications associated with the office.


A high level of confidentiality is required as this individual has access to extremely sensitive information, in some cases dealing with attorney-client privileged information.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Greet and direct visitors to the office
  • Provide coverage for senior management in the absence of the executive assistants
  • Manage telephone console with direct and rotating lines to provide telephone coverage, routing calls appropriately
  • Provide assistance, as needed, to other assistants that support the leadership team


To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

    • High School Degree
    • 5-7 years of experience in administrative support
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience in using a PC, including Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Experience with multi-line phone systems
