ACCESS AND INTEGRATION ADMINISTRATOR: The Access and Integration Administrator (AIA), represents the operational practice function of TPP and creates the final product for the Call Center to utilize for scheduling. The AIA is the intermediary of connecting practice operations, IT, call center, revenue optimization, telehealth, quality, care management, managed care and budgeting departments to assure volume for TriHealth. All patients requesting care at TriHealth Physician Partners will initiate care requests via the telephone, on-line MYCHART or provider finder and any new modality. The AIA has unique skills in technical and clinical care products of EPIC . The AIA utilizes advanced interpersonal skills to work directly with physicians, APCs and other providers to determine clinical protocol integration and decision making into the scheduling process to assure the patient receives the right provider with the current problem. The AIA dissects clinical care protocols to drive volume into TriHealth. The AIA uses ten plus years of practice operations experience to coordinate communication and workflows design between office leaders, EPIC Experts, IT revenue and template experts, call center personnel, physicians and administration. The AIA assures the newly created slot availability of TPP providers achieves volume exceeding the 65th percentile of each specialty and exceeds the TriHealth strategic plan of growth. The AIA directly changes front desk processes, especially in large sites, to that of more advanced use of technology such as vitual check in and kiosk usage and designs the front to remove the traditional front desk for a more personal patient experience. The AIA works with the TPP Revenue Optimization manager and the Telehealth department to expand telemed services 24/7. The AIA facilitates access for care with triage of care, population health contracting and practice operation to meet and exceed value based contract agreements. The AIA facilitates expansion of market share driven plans such as the BABY LINE for new mothers into the system of TriHealth care for life. AIA is an expert in clinical triage with medical assistants and RN navigators and suggests ratios of schedulers to triage navigators during budget season.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Master's Degree Healthcare Other related area

EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years Management Practice Management 5-7 years Epic. Clinical and Cadence

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Epic Ambulatory, Epic Cadence, Decision Trees, Design Templates, EPIC Scheduling Triage.
