
Job Overview: Under the supervision of the Volunteer Services Manager this position is responsible for the daily coordination of the work flow of the volunteer services department. This includes managing all data base programs to track and calculate volunteer census, hours, and assignments and generating monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to Hospice Medicare regulations and JCAHO. Responsible for scheduling all Blue Ash IPU direct care, front desk and clerical volunteers. Coordinates volunteer projects for other HOC departments like bereavement, marketing, education, corporate administration and The Foundation. This person acts as a resource person to all personnel in department.
