Job Overview: This position prepares, conducts, and coordinates training programs for employees and management. Has advanced level knowledge of and experience with instructional needs assessment, design and evaluation. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in education, business Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree Practical knowledge of fourth generation data base management system Object code Windows based technology and open architecture systems platforms 5-7 years experience Professional in Healthcare or training related to the area of education being supported Job Responsibilities: Plans and conducts training programs for TriHealth employees and management which are high level, meet the identified needs and support organizational or departmental objectives. Applies adult learning principles and training methodologies. Develops and implements a plan for professional develop.
