| Job Overview: Provides leadership support for projects within one or more of the following HOC deptartments: Quality, Clinical Care and Service, Accreditation, Community Programs, and /or Compliance as well as other projects defined by HOC leadership. Manages multiple priorities, with timely implementation of deliverables. Collaborates with stakeholders and team members on project initiatives. Ability to work independently while assessing projects for risks, prompting guidance for issue resolution. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Analysis skills focus on being able to assess, gather data from sources such as Cerner and Epic, conduct analyses using tools such as Excel and presentation in Powerpoint. Planning includes defining project scope, creating charters and work plans. Implementation support and evaluation includes tracking progress against established baselines, manage project timelines, identifying/ resolving barriers and recommending adjustments while creatively engaging project teams and internal stakeholders and customers. May be tasked with project support acitivites including preparing invoices, maintaining rosters, broadcast communication and social media content. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Able to interpret data and facilitate meetings Knowledgeable regarding quality tools and principles such as PDCA and project management Excellent communication skills Project management and Implementation experience strongly desired 1-2 years experience Professional Healthcare Job Responsibilities: Identifies and initiates appropriate interventions to establish and complete projects on time. Makes alterations and changes interventions in response to changing needs of the HOC Leader or Stakeholders. Collaborates with HOC Leaders and stakeholders to develop charters and create project work plan to meet project goals. Ability to work on projects using tools such as PDCA. Demonstrates ability to manage work groups and keep them productive with the ability to handle multiple priorities, make decisions and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
