Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team at TriHealth as a Clinical Quality Consultant, where you’ll collaborate with Medical Staff Department/Section Chairs, Service Line System Chiefs, and Nursing Leadership to drive quality initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will facilitate physician peer review, support medical staff quality improvement, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission accreditation standards. You will also be instrumental in-patient safety efforts, including root cause and apparent cause analyses.
This role offers great work-life balance, with no weekends or holidays. Additionally, after six months, team member may qualify for a hybrid schedule, allowing for one day of remote work per week.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse with an active license in the State of Ohio is required
- Certifications: CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience:
- 3-4 years of clinical nursing experience as a Cardiac Nurse in Telemetry, CVICU, or Cath Lab settings is required
- 3-4 years of experience in nursing quality improvement and medical peer review in a healthcare setting
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assessment, medical chart review, and improvement techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in data analysis, statistical reporting, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physician peer reviews (FPPE & OPPE) per Joint Commission and internal guidelines.
- Analyze quality outcome data and prepare statistical reports to identify trends.
- Serve as a liaison for specialty quality committees and assist with meeting coordination.
- Organize and support quality assurance efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and improve patient care services.
- Lead process improvements in peer review and patient safety activities.
