
Acupuncture at Fitness Pavilion and Spa Montgomery approx 18 hrs/week: , need available: Wednesday 1-7, Thursday 11-5, Saturday 9-4, Will help cover vacation needs for patient care.: Provide Acupuncture Treatmetns to our patients, primarily at the TriHealth Integrative Health Center at the Fitness and Health Pavilion. There may be opportunities to provide treatment at another location, or in the Cancer Center. Must be able to enter excellent SOAP notes in the software we are using for documentation. Must communicate with the patients and with others on the team. Be available to help with marketing activities such as web site videos, facebook tips, provide information for special fairs and be wiiling to help with targeting physicians offices. Job Requirements: Master's Degree in Certified Acupuncturist/Oriental Medicine Acupuncturist Ability to use Electronic Medical Records Ability to post on our Facbook page 1-2 years experience Clinical Acupuncture Certification Job Responsibilities: Abides by TriHealth policies including ethics, privacy and fair employment practices, and all applicable state, federal and business policies regarding HIPPA Communicates with the Spa/IHM team, associates and clients. Demonstrates appropriate written and verbal communication skills. Gives outstanding service to our patients by using the AIDET+Promise every time. Explain what they can do in between sevices to stay well. Stays current with license, continuing education, Flu vaccine, CPR certification and Mandatory Education as set forth by TriHealth. Enters all medical documentation in real time in the appropriate database. Provides acupuncture services during agreed upon times, days and location. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates for multidimensional, whole person perspective according to professional standards. Documents the initial assessment/plan of care and each client encounter in the client record, in accordance with established policy. Walks clients to the front desk and refer them to schedule another appointment. Cross refer if applicable to massge or other services, and suggest retail products.
