SUPERVISOR OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER: This position is responsible and accountable to manage all aspects of daily and fiscal operations of their Center. This is in addition to their RN duties of direct patient care. In conjunction with the Facility Medical Director or Staff Physician, this position is responsible for providing clinical care as well as ensuring the quality of care delivered through assigned personnel. This position is also responsible for coordination of physical therapy, specialist referrals, and other ancillary and contracted services, and serves as the contact person for client company inquiries and is responsible for formulating/updating individualized protocols after determining the needs of the company. This position educates client companies concerning appropriate testing in accordance with regulatory agencies and AMA guidelines, and should also have the ability to triage injuries and provide clinical education concerning preventive health.


EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years in a related field

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: .Must be available as a resource during clinic hours of operations M-F 7am-7pm; Sat 9am-1pm. Training will be provided for Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol per DOT regulations by Corporate Health Trainer. CAOHC (audio) certification within 4 months of hire and PFT certification within 6 months of hire (dependent on class availability)
