SUPERVISOR GUEST SERVICES: Supervises the day to day operation of Guest Services Department, to include the Welcome Desks in all TriHealth hospital locations, including the lobbies and patient information desks, as well as the Concierge team. The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining the staffing schedules for information desks and Concierge, implementing greeter and wayfinding strategies, as well as coaching staff on TriHealth signature first impressions. The Supervisor of Guest Services reports to the Manager of Guest Services and Hospitality.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Two-year Degree; Bachelor's degree required within five years Other Notary Certification within 6 months

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Supervisor/Lead Other Customer Service, Hospitality

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Prior experience in a hospitality environment within or outside of healthcare, preferably a five-star hotel or or other high quality service/hospitality organization..
