BENEFITS ANALYTICS CONSULTANT:
- This position will assist in the development, implementation, and day to day administration of health & welfare and retirement programs, ensuring that these benefits programs are compliant within regulatory and plan provisions.
- Working indepedently, the incumbent will serve as a primary contact for external vendors and conduct analysis of plan financial data to support decisionmaking and strategy for benefits offerings.
- Develops and maintains cost efficient administrative processes for active & retiree programs that include: defined benefit, defined contribution, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Business Finance or related field
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Professional Business Administration or related field
