
Job Overview The IT Provisioning Engineer performs the granting of access to our computer systems for team members to perform the duties they are required to complete. Under the guidance of the Manager of IT Operations, this person will use the Identity Management tools to grant the proper access for each TriHealth Team members, Contractors, Physicians or Students who needs access to our systems. This person will have access to very sensitivesareas of our network and applications and must followall standard operations procedures, policies, strict controlssand secure modes of communication and work environment to avoid breaching of Confidentiality. Note: Restricted, compensated on-call is expected in this position on a rotation basis per the Information Systems Department Team member On-Call Policy Job Requirements Associate's Degree in Computer Science Equivalent relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree Knowledge of Scripting Tools Personal compuer applications Databases Report writing 1-2 years of Technical Healthcare Job Responsibilities: Other Job-Related Information: 1. With supervision be able to analyze data requests and working with the Lead or Senior Engineersand come up with the correct process for provisioning a request for access 2. In support of existing application systems, will be confronted with eith I.S. or customer discovered systems failures. With supervision will work with cutomers, other I.S. groups and vendors to diagnose and remedy the problem. Problems may involve patient safety and/or corproarte reveneu loss which increases the importance of quick resolutions.
